1. Jet Admin

Jet Admin screenshot

Jet Admin is a no-code platform for building internal apps and AI agents on data you already have, with a free plan and Pro from $20/mo. You connect a database, an API or one of 200+ SaaS tools, then build two kinds of things on it: web apps, made with a drag-and-drop builder and a spreadsheet-style data editor, and AI agents that can update records or kick off tasks for you.

The agents live where your team already talks. Someone asks a question in Slack, WhatsApp or Telegram, and the agent answers from live data or takes the action, while role-based permissions and audit logs control who can do what. The screenshot shows one preparing a meeting brief inside Slack.

It ranks first because it is the only tool here that covers two of the three jobs in the title, it has the most upvotes on this list, and the free plan includes unlimited apps, workflows and users, so a small team can try it without counting seats.

Best for: an operations or support team that wants admin panels, customer portals or inventory tracking on top of an existing database.

Skip it if: you only need one form or one phone agent. The builder is more than that job needs, and Jotform or Bolna will get you there sooner.

Pricing: free plan, no credit card required. Pro is $20 a month, or $16 a month billed yearly, and adds a custom domain, branding removal and API access. Business is $100 a month ($80 billed yearly). Checked Oct 28, 2026.

What stood out: 316 upvotes on Product Hunt after its May 3, 2026 launch, and 178 days listed on Launch Llama.

Limitation: the free plan comes with a limited monthly AI credit allowance and 1 GB of storage, and SSO and granular permissions only arrive on the $100 Business plan.

2. Jotform

Jotform screenshot

Jotform is a no-code form builder for intake, approvals and payments, with a free plan and paid plans from $39/mo. It adds conditional logic, reports on submissions and connections to 150+ other apps. The newer part is a Claude app: you describe the form in a chat with Claude, adjust it there, and later filter and analyze the responses without opening Jotform at all.

Best for: HR, operations and support teams that run leave requests, purchase orders, bookings or client onboarding through forms.

Skip it if: you need a place where your team edits and manages records every day. A form collects the data, but it is not a workspace for working through it.

Pricing: free Starter plan. Bronze costs $39 a month, or $34 a month billed yearly; Silver is $49 and Gold $129 a month. Checked Oct 28, 2026. The Launch Llama listing still says paid plans start at $19, so the price has moved.

What stood out: 250 upvotes on Product Hunt for its May 17, 2026 launch.

Limitation: the free plan allows 5 active forms and 100 submissions a month: enough for a trial, not for a whole team's requests.

3. Bolna

Bolna screenshot

Bolna is a no-code builder for AI voice agents that place and take phone calls, paid with pay-as-you-go credits from $10. In its Agent Studio you upload a document or answer a few guided questions, and it assembles the agent from pre-built modules. The agent copes with interruptions, hands callers to a human and can call outside APIs mid-conversation.

It is built with India in mind. It handles ten or more Indian and foreign languages, and the audiences on its listing are collections, e-commerce, EdTech and HealthTech teams with heavy call volume.

Best for: teams that make or answer many similar calls, such as payment reminders, cart recovery or first-round screening interviews.

Skip it if: you want a general no-code builder or have no phone workflow at all. Bolna only builds voice agents.

Pricing: pay-as-you-go credits from $10, with top-ups up to $5,000. Checked Oct 28, 2026. The Launch Llama listing puts standard usage at 6¢ a minute and the Pilot plan at 4.2¢ to 4.6¢ a minute.

What stood out: 149 upvotes on Product Hunt after its July 26, 2026 launch, which makes it the newest tool on this list.

Limitation: paid accounts run up to 10 concurrent calls by default, and Bolna's own FAQ says agents using models outside its preferred list are billed separately, so a bill can exceed the flat per-minute rate. Phone numbers bought through Bolna also only work with Bolna agents.

What Launch Llama's data shows

All three picks are 2026 Product Hunt launches: Jet Admin leads with 316 upvotes, Jotform has 250 and Bolna 149. None of them has saves or reviews on Launch Llama yet, so upvotes are the only traction signal here, and a modest one. Bolna is the most recent addition, listed 92 days ago.

How to choose

If you need an internal app or admin panel on top of an existing database, pick Jet Admin. If the job is collecting information or payments from people, pick Jotform, and use the free plan to see whether 100 submissions a month is enough. If the work happens on the phone, Bolna is the only tool here that handles calls. If budget is the main constraint, Jet Admin and Jotform both have free plans, while Bolna runs on prepaid credits.

Alternatives not listed

Softr is the obvious alternative for client portals and internal tools built on a database, and it launched an AI app generator on Product Hunt in April 2026, just outside this list's window. For forms, Typeform may suit you better if a polished, one-question-at-a-time experience matters more than payments and approvals.

How I chose these

I started from the 16 No-Code listings in the Launch Llama directory, all of them Product Hunt launches, because this category has no premium or upvoted community listings right now. I kept tools that clearly fit internal apps, forms or AI agents, had real product screenshots, had listings with enough substance to judge (at least four features and a named audience), and launched in the last 180 days. That removed duplicates, older launches and narrower tools, such as Albato, an embedded integration platform for SaaS companies that starts at $3,000 a month, and Asteroid, whose features center on healthcare portals and EHRs. These picks are based on listing data, launch traction and pricing pages; none of them were tested hands-on. If none of them fits your problem, you can browse more No-Code tools on Launch Llama.
